Parcels are sent with DHL. Shipment tracking available.

Shipping cost and policy depends on shipping destination and size of order. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

Within Germany and the European Union: all orders are insured up to 500€.

Rest of world: single print orders larger than A1 size and multiple print orders are insured up to 500€. Single print orders smaller than A1 size are insured up to 50€ only - please contact us before placing order should you wish to increase the amount insured.

Pick up is available in Berlin, Germany.

We are a small business and put a lot of heart into preparing every order. Right of return only if items have defect, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return of goods are at the customer’s own expense.

We care about our impact on Mother Earth and do our best to ensure sustainable practices across our supply chain.

Shipping is CO₂e-compensated with DHL GoGreen. Packaging is all sourced locally within Germany, using recycled cardboard / paper where possible. All prints are printed locally in Berlin with no additional shipping emissions.

We currently offer framing services for orders that can be picked up in Berlin only. Please contact studio@raleighchuang.com.

For our prints, we suggest to use thin, anti-glare frames.
